By connecting your Square account and using the Fundraiser Display application ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Fundraiser Display is an OAuth-connected Square application that reads order totals from your Square account and presents a live fundraiser-total display suitable for digital signage, streaming overlays, and public screens. The service does not process payments or store payment card data.
You must have a valid Square merchant account and the authority to authorise third-party applications to access it. By using this service you represent that you meet these requirements.

Use of this app requires a Square account and is subject to Square's General Terms of Service and Square Developer Agreement. This app is an independent third-party application and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Square, Inc.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we handle it.
We strive to keep the service available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Fundraiser totals are calculated from Square order data in real time; we are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by Square API errors, network issues, or misconfiguration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using the service and disconnect your Square account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.
